Hi, I’m Dee, Founder of The Boss Body Revolution.

I created The BBR because I was tired of seeing women struggling with ineffective diets that leave them yo yo ing and rebounding… just like I did for years. For years of my life I struggled with yo yo dieting and body image issues. It wasn’t until I discovered a sustainable approach to health (and learned how to lift weights) that I was truly able to transform my body and confidence. I made it my mission to help other women transform their bodies sustainably and gain lasting confidence through fitness.

Today, I’m a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who has coached hundreds of women all around the world to get fit sustainably. I’ve been featured in magazines like Popsugar, Yahoo, and ELLE.
