Can I eat South Asian food while doing BBR Coaching?
YES! 99% of our clients are South Asian. All our coaches are highly versed in the South Asian diet and can support you with learning how to build balanced Desi meals, make healthy swaps, and eat the foods you love while reaching your goals.


Do you work with clients with PCOS or Hypothyroidism? 
Yes! We have many women who have PCOS and Hypothyroidism go through our program, and lose weight successfully.

Many women in our program have found that their PCOS symptoms greatly reduce with weight loss and lifestyle changes. 
Do I get a meal plan? 
We don't do restrictive meal plans (most reputable coaches don't) because they're simply not sustainable. What happens when you go out to eat? Or when life throws you a curveball? 

We teach you the basics of flexible eating in a calorie deficit so that you lose weight without feeling restricted, and are educated and empowered to make the best decisions in whatever situation you're in.  

We'll also provide a few example days of eating according to the foods you like, and provide guidance and support to help you build healthy, balanced meals in the correct portions for your goals. 
What if I don't see results? 
We check in with you each week, so we can make sure you're seeing progress or make adjustments. If you're not seeing results there's usually a clear reason for it: Either you're not staying consistent to your programs, or the programs need adjustment. 

Our job is to work with you to figure out what's going on and support you as necessary! We might modify your plans to be easier for you to adhere to, or we might change your nutrition or fitness programs up to break a plateau. 
How much is the investment for a coaching package? 
We have several packages at different rates. If you're interested, the first step is to apply and book a call with our team. 

On your call, we'll make sure we're a good fit for each other and we can help you. Then, we'll share all the package options so you can pick the best program for you. 

All our packages start in the low 4 figure range and are a similar investment to personal training at at gym--But of course, you get tons more than just workouts with BBR :) 
How is online coaching different from in-person training?
When you work with an in-person trainer, you spend one hour with them in the gym and you're done. Your interaction is limited to your session in the gym, which focuses on just exercise.

With online coaching, we're able to support you with ALL aspects of your weight loss journey--fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, education and so much more.

BBR coaching programs are also highly personalized to your unique needs and goals. If you're a beginner in the gym, we provide detailed workout videos of each move in your plan to ensure you're doing all the moves correctly. 

We also provide form reviews to make sure you are you are doing the moves safely!
