Dee Gautham is the Founder and Head Coach here at the Boss Body Revolution. After overcoming a 10+ year struggle with disordered eating and body image, Dee realized that the weight loss industry was completely broken, and centered around extremes that make women worse off than when they started. She made it her mission to transform the weight loss industry by using evidence-based methods and food psychology to help women lose weight sustainably and effectively. Dee is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and has personally coached 200+ women worldwide. She lives in San Francisco, CA. Her favorite indulgences are samosas and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream cake.
Ankita Roy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a personal trainer. She’s been working with The BBR team for over 2 years, supporting clients globally. Ankita loves empowering women as well as studying movement science, and chose to get certified in Personal Training and Physical Therapy to blend her passion and purpose. She loves designing workouts that are fun and effective at the same time. Ankita currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA. Her favorite indulgence is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, which she always keeps in her freezer.
Mara Hafezi Personal Trainer and certified fitness instructor based in London, UK (she takes clients internationally!) Mara loves working with women who want to transform their confidence through fitness, develop a healthy lifestyle, and break out of their comfort zones. Fitness transformed her confidence and helped her break out of her comfort zone in so many ways, through doing multiple marathons and an ironman triathlon. She is really passionate about helping other women discover what their bodies can do, love their bodies more, and develop strength and confidence inside and outside of the gym. Her favorite indulgence is dark chocolate.
Tina Naidu is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, in the process of getting her certification in Pre And Post Natal Coaching. Her own struggle with weight along with having an unhealthy relationship with food, in the past, has fueled her to help others on their own health journey. Fitness for her has evolved over the past 10+ years (when she first started on this journey) and she believes in a balanced lifestyle to create more consistent, sustainable habits. Her mantra – “You are your only competition. So cut that noise and feed your focus.”
She was born in Bombay, India and moved to Texas when she was 14 yrs old. She currently lives in Dallas, TX, and works in the healthcare field, which makes her even more passionate about fitness and nutrition. Tina grew up learning different dance forms and was also able to merge her love for dance and fitness by becoming a BollyFit instructor to teach Bollywood dance fitness classes whenever she can. Dance is a form of art that’s set her free!!
Give her Pani Puri and Vada Pav and she is a happy camper. She loves her chaat and Indian street food. Not much of a sweet tooth, but one of her favorite desserts is Tiramisu!
Gaytrri (Gaya) is a OFNC certified coach who is passionate about helping women build a healthy relationship with food and exercise and get out of the eat less & do more mentality. She is also working on her Precision Nutrion level 1 certification. Gaya grew up in India and moved to the US at 26yo. She met her husband at work and they currently live in Long Island, NY with their 2 girls – 8yo & 4yo. She enjoys working out from her home gym, is passionate about boxing and loves to read in her spare time.
