How is online coaching different from in-person training?

How much does coaching cost?

Before we can dive into pricing, we always start with a Zoom call to get to know you better. We’ll talk about your goals, your lifestyle, and what kind of support you need—then walk you through the coaching options that fit best.

Most of our clients invest four figures over 6–18 months (think: what you’d spend on a big trip, a luxury beauty treatment, or monthly therapy).

What if I don't have access to a gym?

No gym? No problem. Many of our clients train from home—and still get incredible results. Whether you have a full home setup or just a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat, we’ll create a personalized workout plan that works with your space, equipment, and lifestyle.

Strength doesn’t require fancy machines—it just requires consistency, smart programming, and support (all of which we provide!).

What will my nutrition plan be like?

We don’t do rigid meal plans—and we definitely won’t hand you a cookie-cutter PDF with chicken, broccoli, and oats on repeat.

Instead, we teach you how to build balanced meals using the foods you already eat—including Indian food, takeout, and family dinners. You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a way that’s flexible, empowering, and sustainable.

You’ll get personalized nutrition targets (calories & macros), flexible eating strategies, and real-world examples based on what you actually enjoy. Plus, we’ll coach you on habits like meal planning, portioning, and navigating emotional eating—so you can build a strong, sustainable relationship with food.

 

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem! We work with clients who are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or have allergies or sensitivities. Your coach will customize your nutrition guidance to align with your dietary needs, cultural preferences, and lifestyle—so you can feel your best without feeling restricted.

I travel a lot. How will that work?

We coach real women with real lives—travel included! Whether it’s for work, family, or fun, we’ll help you stay consistent while you’re on the go. You’ll get travel-friendly nutrition tips, flexible workouts, and mindset support so you can maintain progress without the pressure to be “perfect.”

What if I have PCOS?

Yes—we work with many women who have PCOS, especially South Asian women. PCOS is actually very common in our community and often tied to the unique characteristics of the South Asian body type.

At BBR, we’ve helped countless clients with PCOS successfully lose weight, improve their symptoms, and feel more in control of their health. Research shows that even a 5% reduction in body weight can lead to meaningful improvements—and many of our clients experience exactly that.

After working with us, clients with PCOS have:

What if I'm postpartum / breastfeeding?

We love supporting new moms! Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum, we’ll meet you where you are. We’ll help you rebuild strength, support milk supply, balance your energy, and navigate this transitional phase with confidence. Our coaching is always tailored to your body, your schedule, and your bandwidth.

Do you work with women through menopause?

Absolutely. Our coaching is designed to support women through every life phase—including perimenopause and menopause. We focus on evidence-based strength training, nutrition that supports hormonal changes, and mindset tools to help you feel strong, energized, and in control of your body again.
