JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. You will play an important role in transforming women’s health and lives by driving new client acquisition. You will be primarily responsible for conducting outbound outreach to book consultation calls. You’ll also be available to take inbound consultation calls when the primary sales closers are full. This role is specifically catered to South Asian women, so cultural sensitivity and understanding is key.
Expectations: 20 – 25 hours per week
- This time would be made up with about 15 – 20 hours with DMing / text outreach on Instagram and possibly Go High Level as needed. 5 hours would be set aside for closing per week, but will vary week to week.
- In regards to time of day for closing, it would preferably be between 12 PM EST – 5 PM EST on either Monday or Wednesday to start. The day can be flexible.
- 1:1 with assistant sales manager once per week (can be done during the time block for closing).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound outreach:
- Have conversations with potential clients via text, phone, email, and social media platforms, encouraging them to book consultation calls for our nutrition and fitness coaching services.
- Identify and qualify leads through thorough research and understanding of target demographics
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, educate them about our services, and book consultation calls.
- Follow up with potential clients as needed after their enrollment call.
- Take inbound consultation calls:
- When primary sales closer is booked, take scheduled sales calls from potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport.
- Listen attentively to clients’ goals, concerns, and challenges, and align our coaching services to address their specific needs.
- Conduct effective consultations, showcasing the value and benefits of our programs, and ultimately closing sales.
- Follow up with potential clients after having their enrollment call to keep them hot and close the sale.
- Sales support and collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with our primary sales closer, assisting in managing their calendar and booking consultations when they are at full capacity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and conversions using our softwares.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the marketing and product teams, helping to refine our offerings and messaging.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a sales role, preferably in the health and wellness industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential clients.
- Excellent writing skills
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of South Asian women’s needs and preferences.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
PAY RANGE:
- $10 per hour base pay for setting calls
- $50 commission for calls you set that close
- 5% commission on sales that you close yoursel
- PART TIME 20-25 hours a week
- Total range estimate: $2,000.00 – $3,000.00 per month
