Did you know that even though we’re just a quarter of the world’s population, we’re facing more than half of the globe’s heart-related deaths? Crazy, right? That’s why it’s essential to take a beat and think about how we can give our hearts some well-deserved love.

 

So, what can we do to keep our hearts in top shape without feeling like we’re signing up for boot camp?
