Here are Coach Catherine’s top tips for enjoying your vacations this summer while maintaining a balance! 👇

1️⃣ Start Your Day with a Nutrient-Dense Breakfast

Begin each day with a breakfast rich in protein and fiber to keep you feeling full and satisfied. Incorporating these elements into most of your meals will help maintain your energy levels and reduce unnecessary snacking.

 

2️⃣ Get Moving!

You don’t need to hit the gym every day, but make an effort to stay active. Explore your vacation spot on foot, go for a hike, or enjoy a swim. These activities will increase your step count and help you stay active without feeling like you’re exercising.

 

3️⃣ Be Selective with Indulgences

It’s perfectly okay to turn down foods and drinks that don’t genuinely excite you. Choose indulgences that you truly enjoy, and savor them without guilt.

 

💥 Most importantly…enjoy yourself! Vacation is a time to relax and unwind. Remember, a few days of indulgence won’t undo the consistent efforts you’ve made at home.
