INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup Greek yogurt⠀
Pinch of water⠀
4 cloves garlic, minced or grated⠀
1/2 tsp Turmeric⠀
1/2 tsp Red chili powder⠀
1/2 tsp Black pepper⠀
1 tsp Amchur powder⠀
1 tsp Coriander powder⠀
1 tsp Cumin powder⠀
1 tsp Chaat masala⠀

Marinade for at least 15 minutes and then cook 1-2 minutes on medium heat until golden brown.
